Antsy for pictures

I'm sure I'm not the only one who hasn't gotten pictures back (especially since some of you have only been married a month) but I am losing my mind. My photog sent us a few pics on Sept 29th, saying he was hoping to get the rest to us that week or the next week, which would have been 2.5 weeks ago max. I don't want to be a pain, and it's not like it was in our contract or anything, but is it ok to ask him when they might be ready? We were really hoping to make some photobooks and send them out at Christmas, but we're sort of running out of time.

YES! Ask him! You should have them by now. My photog's contract says a month. She told us 2-3 weeks because she was really busy and we had everything in 2.5 weeks.

I'm still waiting on ours but our photog told us 4-6 weeks and this is the 5th week now. I want to e-mail her for a teaser but I don't want to push my luck either.

I would definitely e-mail your photog and see what's going on since he told you basically the beginning of Oct and now it's the end.

Mine said 6 weeks and we are at week 4.. I am actually more excited for our video then the pictures.

I'm a spoiled brat. I had mine the week after my wedding. But I'm still waiting on the second shooter's photos and I can't do anything until I get them. I feel pushy asking but what exactly is she doing with them when my primary photog had hers to me immediately?

I would definitely ask, its not going to hurt anything. Our photographer said 6 to 8 weeks and we got ours on Sunday, which was 7 weeks after the wedding).

My contract said 6-8 weeks. I'm approaching week 6 next week.

I am too!! I can't wait to see them! My photographer said 4 - 6 weeks and we are only at 4 and a couple days, so I'm still be patient! She and the 2nd shooter took over 1,000 pics so I guess I would rather her go carefully through them and edit until she's happy and then send me fabulous pics!

I am spoiled too, we had ours after two weeks.

It can't hurt to call, just to touch base. I know I called b/c I didn't see them online when they said so, and turns out they forgot! She was so glad I called... people get busy, things happen.

I wont have mine back for another 2 weeks, I am very anxious! My photographer got married the week after me and went on a 2 week honeymoon so I knew there would be a delay but I am still antsy!
