Your turkey pineapple melt sounds delicious. What else is on it aside from turkey and pineapple?

Ingredients:
1 (20 oz) can of sliced pineapples, drained
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt (i omit)
1/16 tsp black pepper
6 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dried chives
2 (8oz) loaves italian bread (I just use store bought hoagie or sub rolls)
1 lb turkey or ham
8 oz american cheese
cut pineapple slices in half, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, saute pineapples in butter turning occassionally for 2 min. season with salt and pepper
Combine mayo and chives in a bowl and mix well. spread over cut sides of bread
preheat griddle (i just either use our oven or toaster oven) to medium, grease lightly with butter(if you have a griddle)
Layer bread with turkey, american cheese, and pineapple on bottom halves of bread. Place remaining bread half on top.
Cook sandwich until cheese is melted (about 5 min). Cut sandwiches into quarters and serve.
