Who is doing this? Is it worth it? I am totally torn about it. It's quite a bit of money which could be used for other things. But I also want to keep my dress and don't want it to disintegrate. What do you guys think?

Re: Gown Preservation
I haven't even thought about this yet. I still need to have mine cleaned, but never planned on preserving it since I want to donate it at one point (I am not ready to part with it just yet though).. Would I also be a bad bride to say I don't see the point in preserving a gown?
To be honest, it's still hanging in my closet at my parent's, unwashed, dirtyass train, without the bag & all.

This is mine. Although it's in a bag. I keep meaning to call my bridal salon and get a quote.
Ooooh thanks. How did you hear about that? I just went on their website and didn't see anything about a special. (although I do see that they offer the service).
I can basically ditto Stef. It's hanging up, dirty as all get out, no plans currently to change that. I am actually debating on selling it.
I can't handle that right now though, so there it sits.
