Right now, I have the deadline to sign up as December 1st. Names will be drawn once sign-up has ended and I set the exchange for Dec 17th. If you all think this is too late, I can change it. I wanted to give plenty of time to sign up and then make sure things would arrive by Christmas (I know, Hanukkah is early Dec this year, right?) I highly suggest adding items to your wishlist to give your SS ideas.
Also, what do we think the spending limit should be? $15? $20?
My deal is that I am going to murder your puppies and piss on your rainbows.

I feel your pain. My b-day is the 15th and I've always gotten birthday/christmas presents.
Your concern is valid. It looks like there's a wall where you can post comments. I just made a post there to link my name to my Knottie/Nestie name. And I moved the link to FB. Or you can PM me.
Also, if you're going to sign up, please make sure you're going to follow thru with this so everyone who participates gets a gift.

Your SS doesn't have to go off the wishlist, it's just suggestions.

If you make a wishlist, your SS can buy off of it or buy anything else. If you have one, it can often help give your SS ideas. I know I had stuff on there last year that was from other sites, but I can't tell you how I did it.
I'll try to look into it later today when work slows down.
mine is 1/21 and I get the same thing - at least people legitimately have no money for gifts after Christmas!
