It's Friday and I wanna go home
But I can't, because some brilliant person in NY thought that holding a conference call at 7pm London time on a Friday night was a good idea. Seriously, who does that?! And the worse thing was that it was supposed to be at 6pm, and got pushed back ten just before it was scheduled to start. If it was originally planned for 7pm, at least I could have gone home and dialled in from there. Probably with a glass of wine. Sigh, I guess the wine will have to wait.
Sorry for the whining, but at least you helped me kill a few minutes. Have a great weekend all!

I was going to suggest wine, but I see that you're actually stuck at the office. Sorry you're stuck.
My husband always has late calls with Japan and China, and I make sure he's got a glass next to him. I also think he plays FB games the entire time he's on the calls.
Ahh... that sucks! I'm currently taking a break from supervising the school dance. All those sweaty teen bodies... ugh.
Actually, it's kinda hilarious. The consider dancing to be jumping up and down in the same spot.

Annnnnnnd done! Conference call is done and at the last minute I realized the deadline for our year-end self appraisals was today so had to finish that off. Of course, it would have been better if I could have multi-tasked, but I had to take the call in his office with him. So no web surfing for me.
But I'm heading home. Dinner has been ordered, and wine should be waiting, so things are looking up! Have a good night ladies.
