Any Recipes?

So...I decided earlier this week that I am going to be making a bunch of different meals this weekend and freezing them into portions. I've been eating lousy lately and I thought having a bunch of different and good meals on-hand would help me from eating fast-food or other not-so-healthy meals.

My Question: Do any of you ladies have relatively easy, inexpensive recipes you make that would freeze well?

I've already made chili and tomorrow I am making a chicken and barley soup....any ideas would be great!
