Watch the Rays game yet??
Re: ***IrishBrideND***
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!
I tried to stay up but I couldn't make it! I am SOO FREAKING EXCITED! I've been a fan since day one!!!
Yay, congrats!! Sucks you can't make it though. [:]
GFIL is a fan and got H into the Rays. I guess he seems like quite the fair-weather fan, being from Indiana (a Cubs fan) and living in New York, but he's really into it.
?
Hehe. ?This is the exact reason I love the Rays at the moment. [:-)]?
Haha, yeah. We watched the game with a friend of ours who's a Yankee's fan. He was upset about the Jets game, so he needed the Rays to cheer him up, lol.
Count me as another Yankees fan loving the Rays rigth now. I could not be happier!
P.S. I was in Tampa this weekend and the folks were wild with excitement. It is such a shame that the Rays play in St. Pete since I think that is the biggest reason why no one really attends their games during the season.
hey now! I'm from st. pete. that is not why peoople don't go. People didn't go to Bucs games either until they got good recently. St.Pete is a big city and Tampa is already over saturated with sports teams. People don't go to games because a) they've always been bad and b) there are so many other things to do in the tampa bay area that they don't feel like watching bad baseball.
