Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Not sure I can NaNo this year . . .
You guys, I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do NaNo this year!
I have the week from hell at work this week, and will basically be working every waking hour of my week - both at work and at home. So I really won't be able to write this week at all. Plus - our good laptop has been acting up and needs to go away to get fixed. When I mentioned the old backup laptop to DH yesterday (because I need something to work on at home), he said he's not sure that it even has Word (or any other word processing program) on it anymore!
I'm really bummed! I'm praying that the old computer still has Word on it (mostly just so that I can work at home in the evenings this week), and if it does, I'm going to still try and catch up on NaNo next week. We'll see!

a week-long Thanksgiving vacation coming up
a part time job in addition to my full time job
no outline to speak of
Yet somewhere in the back of my mind I am still considering this madness. I'm insane.
