can of corn, drained
can of black beans, drained and rinsed
package of chicken breasts.
dump it all in, season as you want, cook on high 4 hours, or low for 8.

THIS! Best part- you can put the chicken breasts in frozen!
Tonight I made it straight up with just chicken and salsa b/c I didn't have corn or black beans (even though I thought I did!). I threw the chicken in frozen, cooked it on warm all day (my crock cooks hot), shredded the chicken, and mixed it back in. We made burritos with rice, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. AWESOME!!!
p.s. when I did a search last night for the recipe, I came across the detroit board and those girls were knocking it BIG TIME. I thought it was delish!!!
clearly...girls from detroit are not culinary wizards like we southern girls are
