We had our first appointment on Friday and here's what we seen of our little one:

The nurses and the dr were absolutely amazing and the dr said that everything looked great. We got to hear the (very fast) heart beat and the little one nodded it's head up & down several times during the ultrasound! Our estimated due date is May 31, which is exactly what the online calculators were telling us. It was amazing to actually see the form of a baby on the screen; we were just expecting to see something more like a blob (for the lack of a better word).
Re: Baby Announcement
Yay!!! That's awesome! My first u/s was at 8wk 2d and it was literally a blob that did nothing - no moving. But we heard a very fast hb, too. And then, 4 weeks later at my NT scan when I was 12wks, it was an identifyable baby in there! We could see a human looking head, legs / arms, fingers! They grow so fast in there - it's amazing.
How are you feeling?
That is so amazing!
You've heard what I've done, not what I've been through.
If you were in my shoes, you'd fall the first step."
Congrats!!! What a cute LO! Can not wait to see more pictures and find out what you are having, if you decided to find out.
Thanks for the well wishes & congrats everyone!
With the exception of the fatigue, I've been feeling wonderful since I switched my vitamins a couple of weeks ago. He was very exicted to see s/he! I over heard him telling his mom that he almost cried when he seen it!Good! Fatigue's been my main issue as well - glad to hear all is well otherwise.
(Isn't it sweet watching your hubby's reaction to all this?)
