I read that blog of Jen's yesterday, too. Marie Claire has been publishing some stupid, well, sh*t, lately - they attacked Healthy Living bloggers a couple of weeks ago, including on my my local blogger friends, and it was insane.
It's like their writers (I won't dare call them journalists) are a bunch of high school bitches.
I completely agree with Jen's take on things. She's my hero.

Marie Claire has been coming under fire for years and this article is just a string of horrible crap that they continue to publish. I'm not sure why advertisers haven't pulled out or how the magazine continues to exist.

Me too! I have all but the last season on dvd, it's on my list this year for Christmas even though the last season was 'off'' to me.
That is nutso!
I believe the ladies over on H&F had a shitfit when Marie Claire ran an article about a month ago that slammed Health and Fitness bloggers and some convention. I think the same girl Maura might have written it. Let me go see if I can find it...

Yep. And I was at Healthy Living Summit. I'm personal friends with Kath & Caitlin (cait & I live in the same neighborhood) and was BLOWN AWAY when that article came out. Completely poor & unethical journalism.
