Dude...
I haven't spoken to our realtor since I called her (3 days in a row) to tell her that Jim and I needed her to hold our hand for a while, and be more communicative. That was 6 weeks ago.
Our contract is up in February. We're not nervous about the house not selling right away - we knew it would take a while.
But I know that she's not working for us.
It's reasonable to expect at least a call from her, yes?
Who (what kind of job title) do I ask to talk to in her office about switching realtors w/in the company?

Re: house update
I think I had that look when you told me about her lack of call-backs five weeks ago.
Thus, this news deserves:
I think I'd do a little Googling of their website and see if you can figure out from a staff list who would have a higher position.
If you take it off the market for a period does that null and void the contract. Is there a clause on how soon you can relist it without using her.
If you aren't concerned about selling it right away, maybe it would be better to take it off the market than have it sitting there and adding to the "time bank" if your relator isn't actively trying to sell it. I know after a while it starts looking bad if it has been on the market of too long.
This makes me angry for you. How ridiculous. I seriously cannot believe it's literally been 6 weeks since you've had contact with her. Wow. Horrible.
I wish I knew more about contracts with selling agents so I could offer some advice.
Yeah, I get that's how some of them are, but she told us she wasn't going to be, and then promised to get better when I asked her to. I just want her to call to check in, "hi, it's _____, just wanted to touch base."
We don't have a link that you've mentioned. I'll ask her for it, before I take any steps.
