Well I will say that my degree is that of Culinary and not particularly pastry so... HAHAHA
But Noodles and Shiit is pretty good! HeeHee.
It's a spicy Thai noodle dish usually containing peanuts, rice noodles, cilantro, and traditionally shrimp and often tofu. I like mine with chicken.
Basically... it's delish.
I'm actually about 15 minutes outside of downtown Cleveland in a suburb.
