XP: Have you ever LLC or INC before?
Hi guys!
So as you have heard, DH is in the process of getting his biz together and we need to incorporate in some fashion. Is there a major difference between LLC and INC (are there others?) Is it super hard to set up? There are tax advantages to doing this right (or did I make this up?)

Dh, his mother and brother all have LLC in TX and it was very easy to set up. This is a good article to go by to see what suits your H's needs the best.

I've set up an LLC before - it was pretty easy to do.
I'd recommend taking a look at this website - if you click on the different types, it will show you the steps needed to complete the process.

I would also advise meeting with your tax advisor to figure out which way to set up your business. There are tax implications and liability protection based on how you set up your business. .
