xp: anthem blue cross insurance
DH is thinking about changing (from Cigna co-insurance) to Anthem Blue Cross co insurance. It's about $400 cheaper annually... but I'm nervous we're going to hate them, or they'll screw us, or they won't cover us when something happens unexpectedly.
We've overall been happy with Cinga, but saving $400 would be awesome. (and we also haven't had to deal with anything too major this year... so it's hard to know.)
Rants/Raves???
Re: xp: anthem blue cross insurance
Up until this year I've had anthem my whole life. They have been great. The only issue I had was the fact that I was supposed to have my pt provider use some portal that they never told me about so there was some issues with the claims but they sorted it out. This year BC was too expensive and our work switched us but now a bunch of my old old docs do not accept my new insurance.
