that you know who they are when they call you, so they don't say "Hey, this is so and so"???? There are over 120 people in my division. I'm not quite a super-genious who can pick out a random voice after only talking to the person once or twice. Most of the time I can get through an entire conversation without having to try to figure out who it is calling... like, they'll ask a generic easy question like "who do I have to call to find out ______". Easy. But then I get those really tricky ones who will talk to me on the phone for like 5 minutes and then they'll say "Hey, can you email me that form?" Um... I've been on the phone with you for 5 minutes, but who are you again???
Even when I KNOW that someone is going to recognize my voice, I still say "Hey, this is Sara"......
