It was yellow cake with white frosting so I'm assuming it was supposed to be vanilla. I keep chugging water but I can't get the taste out of my mouth.

Grossssss. I had the same thing happen at Starbucks, except mine tasted like maple syrup which, while not the intended flavor, was really really good. Broccoli, on the other hand, does not belong in cupcakes. Accidentally or on purpose.
