Okay okay, I know it's not even past lunch but I need ideas on what to cook for dinner. I need something for chicken and something that's easy. Feel free to post something other than chicken too!
Re: WFD?
WFD tonight - Don's working super late so it'll probably just be pizza
Tomorrow night though I'm doing pork bbq in the crockpot with the pkg of seasonings you get at the store.
Thursday I'm doing marinated chicken (just in some italian dressing probably) with some veggies and mashed potatoes.
Friday will probably be turkey burgers on the grill, if Don gets home with enough time to grill 'em up!
I am making chicken picatta tonight. I found the recipe on skinnytaste.com
tonight i am making roasted pork chops and potatoes with string beans. yum. but thursday i am making a chicken dish ( a new one, but it looks good and easy!):
clean chicken breasts and pat dry. dip them in low fat ranch. then dip them in breadcrumbs. then in a frying pan, pour a bunch of oil and turn it up! i think med. high is best. when the oil is hot, put in the chicken breasts and let them cook 2 minutes on each side until brown. then remove from the oil, put them on paper towels for a minute so the grease drips off, and pop them into the oven on a baking rack for 15-20 minutes at 350 to finish them off.
i am serving them with wild rice and veggies
EDIT: if you dont have ranch, you can just do the regular old dip of eggs. OR another version i like to make (and is healthier, bc you skip the frying part!) is dip the chicken into a combo of melted butter and dijon mustard. then dip into breadcrumbs mixed with parm cheese. then bake at 350 for 25 minutes or so. yum!

Dinner tonight - no idea. Maybe (hopefully not) McD's while on my way to the rink.

I made this last week and it was fantastic. I might actually have to make this today now.
Tonight is blueberry pancakes and bacon.
We're having these chicken tenders later in the week:

Tonight - I have a pork shoulder in the slow cooker with a citrus marinade. I am making baby potatoes with dill and some kind of veggies when I get home.
Here is the link to a recipe for pepperoni pizza chicken - its quite easy to make and can be made and doesn't dirty a lot of dishes! H loved it when I made it.

I don't know WFT, but I will be baking chocolate chip cookies tonight! Here's a link to some Southwest Dishes from Cooking Light. They look pretty easy, healthy and quick, I may need to try a few.

Heading to my dad & stepmom's for my dad's birthday dinner!
What kind of chicken do you have? If you have pieces I'm dying to try PW's chicken with olives.
My favorite not healthy chicken recipe for chicken boobs is:
Judy?s Chicken
Chicken breasts
Provolone or American cheese slices
Cream of chicken soup
Tomato to slice
Butter
Stove Top stuffing mix
Season chicken & place in casserole. Cover each piece with a slice of cheese. Pour cream of chicken soup over dish and spread. Place sliced tomato over entire dish. Put stuffing in the microwave with butter. Sprinkle over entire dish.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375.
