I had Office 2010 Beta until Yesterday when it EXPIRED!!!!! AHHHH when I bought this computer I was told it would not expire.... a year later it did! So now I went to control panel and uninstall. Then I went and downloaded a free trail on microsoft.com called quick to run.... It won't work and now won't uninstall. I don't know what to do, I cannot open any documents or pictures on my computer now and need help! Any suggestions? Any phone numbers of someone to call? Please help
TIA,
Lindsay
(Sorry for all the posts today)
Re: HELP PLEASE
Beta was not a trial according to Microsoft, they wanted people... So I was doing them a favor. The part that confuses me is that I can not get this program off. I just read on their site that after 10-31 when Beta disappears, you are welcome to use a free trial OR purchase the full version. Thanks for answering ladies..... Still searching!
My offical Best Buy retail slave answer would be to go to Best Buy and get it from Geek Squad ($119-$300).
In all reality I got mine from a bit torrent. I'm not sure if telling you how to do it counts as some sort of illegal activity as it's *totally* illegal, but if you google it, it's not that hard to do. Just be careful of viruses
Or there's http://www.openoffice.org/ hubby uses that all the time
