Okay! So now that I'm over yesterday's little meltdown...
I hopped back on the healthy train yesterday. It felt awesome. I think I'm going to throw the babe in the car and head up to town to go walking today. Sucks I have to drive 5 miles to find safe pavement to walk on (I'm not walking on the highway!), but it happens.
How's everyone else doing?

Well last night was bad. I caved into my pizza/cheese craving and I ate 3 pieces of a small veggie pizza and about 8 mozzarella sticks, i kid you not. I was so full. It's funny, 2 nights ago I was stuffed after 2 bites of dinner and last night, ravenous. Of course I feel like garbage today with all the sodium. BUT I already did my light cardio today (35 minutes on the elliptical) before work, it feels good that that is over with. I also have already had about 36 ounces of water and it's only 10:45. So at least I'm flushing my system out. Oh and my stomach hates me for last nights awful dinner. Lesson learned.
I am hungrier more often now, so I'm trying to eat my healthy snacks (yogurt, almonds, granola bar).
I have been going to the gym regularly though. Last week I logged 14.5 miles Sun-Sat and got to the gym 5 times, 2 of the days being strength training. I went to the gym on Sunday, did cardio. I would like to go also tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday and do strength tomorrow and Saturday. Hopefully I have enough energy. I just have to go in the AM when I have the energy.
Well, I am doing well with eating due to this stupid cold... I just don't want to eat that much and when I do eat I get full fast.
We walked TONS in Europe but ate WAY too much. So, maybe a bit of weight loss/shifting happened over there...
Our meals have been ok - not great, but not too bad.
I only worked out once last week, and haven't at all this week. I'm feeling so unmotivated.
But, despite my current failure in discipline, as of my weekly weigh-in this week: I'm at my goal weight! The last time I tried to wear my big postpartum size pants, they wouldn't stay up without a belt.

Last week was not so good, but I did get in 5 workouts, so it wasn't so bad either.
Yesterday was really good. Today is starting out fine. I want to run today, but we just got hit with another Santa Ana (hot, dry, windy -- usually means headaches for me), so I'm not sure what I'll be able to do. I may just run hills or something.
