Oy, finally Wednesday.
I still can't do my normal work because of our server issues. It looks like they totally fried a $2500 server when the generators didn't come back online. Luckily, a very well timed request came down the pipes that needed me to do a different type of analysis that I don't need the fancy server for. So, I still have work to do. Which is good.
I made a new recipe for dinner last night and man of man it was good. Cashew Butter Chicken Stew. I'll share the recipe later, because wow, you should be eating this!!
Today is my last day of somewhat normalcy before my weekend explodes in busy. I think that when I get home from the gym tonight I might eat and then go straight to bed!
How is everyone today?

Good morning, August Lovelies.
Busy work day, but I don't feel like doing anything. I need some motivation, fast.
That recipe sounds good, raynes. I want to try it.
Happy Wednesday, everyone.
Nothing special going on today. The morning commute was actually normal, despite the tube strike, and that made me happy. I'm expecting another quiet day as seniors are determining whether my current project is go / no go.
That recipe sounds good raynes. I'm always on the lookout for new meals.

Good morning, all. Hopefully a quiet day today, but the leadership is having one of those meetings they know is scheduled six months in advance but never plan for at all. So we might be asked to rescue them.
H and I are having a date night tonight at Carmine's, a NYC restaurant that just opened up a new restaurant in D.C. It's family style, so the servings will be huge, and I am debating whether or not to get their strawberry shortcake. It's my sister's birthday today--that makes ordering it cool, right?
Here's hoping to a fast-moving day.
Happy Wednesday everyone!
I am grouchy and overtired. Story of my life the past few days. I don't feel like working today (nothing new there), but have a lot to do. Going to try really hard to stay off the internet for most of the day.
G'morning Knesties!
Another meeting-less day, w00t!

Good Morning!
I am having some weird vision issues and a headache. I guess it may be time for a trip to the eye doctor!
Other than that, I am doing great. Just a normal day and then home to get some more unpacking, organizing and etc. done!
Good morning!
It's definitely not gonna be a good day for me. I stayed up last night, well more like this morning till 1:30am doing homework at school and waiting to register online to get first dibs on some classes before they fill up.
It turns out I don't meet a prerequisite for one class and now I'm going nuts trying to figure out what to do. I really need to graduate next year and this class in only offer once a year.
It's my Friday! I'm so ready for a break, even if that break does include hob- knobbing with DH's bosses and coworkers.
My mom just called to tell me she signed us up for a cookie baking class when I'm home for Thanksgiving. My mom hasn't cooked anything more than a microwave meal in over 30 years. But apparently she thought it'd be a good time to learn and we'll walk out of there with 30 dozen Christmas cookies.
While I had every intention of going to work today I got there and the kids were being aszholes. Then I started feeling pressure so I left. They aren't worth it for real. After my appointment yesterday and being told this was going to be my last week I've panicked.
I can't do it, at the risk of losing my babies.
Lucky girl, how did you manage that? I had to go to Heathrow with Eli this morning and once I got back to Paddington on the express, it took me almost 2 hours to get to my office on Regent street! A German woman elbowed me in the face trying to board a bus. It wasn't pretty.
Also, good morning ladies!
Now jumping domestically.
Well that was a crazy couple of years.
Ouch. I think the buses are probably worst off. Luckily the District and Jubilee were both running this morning along my route. We'll see how it is when I head home though - somebody was telling me that this strike has had the worst/most effect on the public.
