This is the question that I apparently asked Dave three times last night, when I was asleep. I NEVER talk in my sleep, but something juicy must have been going on last night.
Dave said that I woke him up my mumbling something...he doesn't know what it was. We were sleeping face to face, so he opened his eyes, and then I asked him "Are you deaf?" He said he got kind of paranoid, because he thought I might have heard something outside our room, and it was the middle of the night...but then he looked and I my eyes were shut and I was clearly asleep.
He fell back to sleep himself, but when he was up and getting ready for work early this morning and I was still sleeping, he heard me ask it two more times, quite clearly.
I wasn't talking to him, and I have no memory of what I may have been dreaming about. I just thought this was funny!
Re: Are you deaf?
Nice!
I've heard that you can "train" yourself to remember your dreams and even control what goes on in your dreams. I gotta look into that - being able to control what you dream about sounds awesome.
LMAO that's what I was thinking
Well I usually CAN remember my dreams, and can even remember in vivid detail some dreams that I had years ago.
That's actually how the topic came up today - I told Dave that I had a dream last night where I was running, and it felt soooo good to be running (I am starting the Bridge to 10k program today and have been kind of excited about it) and that's when he asked if that's why I was talking in my sleep...but it definitely wasn't from that dream.
