As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

How did it go with your resignation yesterday? I think I cried a little when I gave it to my boss at my last job. But I almost laughed when I turned it in to my dotted line, the president of our division, because he was just a tiny bit of a jackhole. And by tiny bit I mean HUGE!

awww thanks for asking, it went ok actually.
My direct boss was out sick, so I had to give it to his boss (who i cant stand by the way) Everyone was surprised. Most (except for the one i dont like) are very happy for me. Our structure is so messed up here that everyone understands why I'm leaving and all that jazz. Too much to get into while I'm at work this morning.
I was nervous doing it, but felt much better after it was out in the open. I told my direct boss this morning and he is happy for me, he knows that i need to do what is best for me and jay. He's like I come from an industry where ppl leave all the time so I'm ok with it and I would never hold it against you. He said others in this company wont feel the same way, but we know they are messed up anyway, lol
I'm glad it went well!
My last day is Nov 17th, and then I start the new job Nov 22nd, so 2 days to myself
