Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

How much caffeine do you think in VIA coffee?
Those starbucks instants?
I love the pumpkin spice one and it's about 14g. Everything I find for generic instant is only between 55-75 mg per cup... do you think that is accurate to assume??

I know this is late, but I did some digging around on Google...
One article I read said that VIA has 180mg of caffeine per serving. I kinda figured it'd have more than the typical instant...
