The police just called! They found it! That was the LAST call I expected to get. It was just sitting on a street in town. I have to go down to the police station so they can take me to the auto body shop where it is.

Re: THEY FOUND MY SCOOTER!
YAY! wow, that seems like forever ago. Do you know if it's still in good shape?
He said it has some scratches and the ignition is damaged, but it's still drivable. Well, and the mirror. But I knew that because I found pieces of it all over the parking lot, lol.
I'm just in shock. I wonder if it's been sitting on some side street all this time and someone finally reported it as a nuisance?

That's awesome! I hope it's in good shape!
Yay Mooscooter!
Do you think they have any leads?

Well I went down there. No heartfelt reunion. Just assraping for cash.
Went to the tow yard to get it and I have to pay $90 for the initial tow to get it from the thief's driveway where they found it, then $20 for storage today, then $75 to have it towed to my apartment because it's completely busted.
Again, happy to have it back, but seriously. How is that allowed!?

I should have! Instead I just handed over my phone number, my availability for tomorrow, and $185 cash.
Emjo had the best advice ever on my FB. I kinda wish I could do that. I DO have the address on the police report, but sadly it would do me no good. Except I kind of want to go pee on their lawn. Or poop on their doormat and rub my vag on their pillows. That's totally acceptable in this case, right?

Wow so awesome that they found it! How on earth did they track it down.
And side not for katie - maybe they will find yours too!
I bet her FUPA's name is Shane, like the gunslinger/drifter of literature.--HappyTummy
Best idea ever.
