So the bassinet sheets I ordered the other day came today, and they're so loose! The mattress pad is even worse. I don't know if it'll be a suffocating hazard or not - shouldn't they fit tight and not have extra fabric?
The bassinet is oval and wicker, a family heirloom. Plenty of babies have slept in it, myself included, with sheets. So I don't know if I need custom sheets, or a new mattress, or what.
Maybe I can somehow affix it tight under the mattress? I have plenty of sticky velcro strips on hand...
WWGPMD?
