Is a 2 year old too young for Children's Museum?

Would a typical 2 year old enjoy the Children's Museum or is that still too young?

Re: Is a 2 year old too young for Children's Museum?

  • My older son enjoyed it when it was 2! But my younger one is somewhat delayed and isn't walking yet, so he doesn't get a whole lot out of it (except for the waterplay part) and he's almost 2.
  • There's plenty for a 2 year old to do.  It's set up pretty nice with different rooms/activities.  There's one area with bubbles and water that's a hit with my kids.
  • Cool, thanks.  I want to get a little gift for a client of mine who has a 2 year old daughter.  I think they would enjoy this since they don't have a ton of money to spend on fun things.

  • Definitely! We brought Olivia there at maybe 14/15 months and she LOVED it. They had a water area that she thought was to die for. And, they have a toddler area WAY upstairs that is tons of fun for younger ones. She loved looking at everything an exploring. I'd imagine a 2 year old would have the time of their life!

  • 2 years old is a GREAT age!  My dd loves it :)
  • Today's Star Tribune's deal is two Children's Museum tickets for $8. I would forward the link but I'm on my phone right now. Its on the Star Tribune's website though.
