Weird food
Everyone is always asking me "Any weird cravings?" and I haven't had anything weird... Just lots of fruit and dairy, and a sudden aversion to meat. But no pickles and ice cream or whatever it is people expect.
But I do have non-pregnancy weird food habits, which include:
I put ketchup on pizza, mac and cheese, and a plain bagel with cream cheese
I will dip garden salsa sun chips in ranch dressing (usually a craving I get right before AF)
I put chips in sandwiches with cold cuts
What are your weird food habits?

I'm sorry, I just said, "Ew," out loud to bagel w/cream cheese & ketchup :P
I shouldn't talk though. I'm Cantonese, I eat all kinds of weird stuff. If you have a weak stomach, don't read on...chicken feet, pig feet, jellyfish, tripe and other innards, sea cucumbers, and all kinds of stuff that I don't find particularly weird but that others don't like.
Oh, but I don't do stinky tofu or durian. Yuck.
Haha, I don't put it on the bagel like you would put it on a hamburger, because I rip my bagels and then dip in ketchup. But only plain bagels with plain cream cheese. Any other type of bagel = no ketchup!
"Other innards"? Sounds yummy! Hahaha
The weird food craving during pregnancy is supposedly a myth. The "No pickles and ice cream?" drives me NUTS. I hate that almost as much as "How much weight have you gained?" question. Freaking RUDE.
Anyway.
I like to dip french fries in ranch dressing. I also like mustard and cheese sandwiches.
And chopped green martini olives mixed with cream cheese on bagels.
That's about as weird as I get though!
I always hear that it's really weird, but I never think it's THAT weird!
I would eat it toasted or not. It needs to be sliced with the cream cheese on it, then I would dip it in ketchup.
I don't remember how it even started... My family used to tease me that I put ketchup on everything, so I probably tried it as a joke. I got a friend in HS totally hooked on it, though, and she's the only person who's ever tried it, so I might not be totally weird and crazy!
i dont' find this weird at all - its delicious.
i'm a weird eater, but i can't think of anything at the moment. i wish i could call H at work because he'd give me a whole list of weird things i eat. i'll get back to you guys on this.

Haha, seriously. Everything I eat is totally normal to me!
i have lots of food habits... i get a little ocd with it. every day after work, i cut up a whole cucumber and then put northern italian dressing on it. after that, i'll have a bowl of lettuce with parmesan peppercorn dressing. and it has to be those combinations.
i also love ketchup. i'll seriously eat it plain. i dip pretty much anything in it. andrea, i totally get your bagel & ketchup. i'm obsessed with toast and ketchup.
i also can't have my food touch. it drives me insane.

I got the weird food question allllll the time when I was pregnant but never had cravings or the need for odd food combos. I did have to have ice cream everyday though.
Weirdest food combo I can think of is that in high school I used to get fries and dip them in my Frosty at Wendys. I'm not sure why that started but it something about the sweet/salty, crunchy/creamy thing.
I just threw up a little in my mouth. Ha ha ha. I could never watch you eat things! I would seriously get sick.

My BFF puts ketchup on her pizza. She swears by it. Ha ha ha. I just can't watch her eat it.
I think this is what my heaven would be like.
I almost posted again about the fact that I do like to dip my McDonald's fries into soft serve ice cream. I hardly ever get ice cream at McD's, but I swear the two are yummy together
