Visiting Dallas soon - need recs
Hello Dallas ladies. I'll be visiting Dallas soon for a few weeks for work and was looking for some recommendations for a spa where I can get a massage and pedicure. I wont have a rental car so I can't go too far but I'll be staying in the Central Business District. Also, do you guys have any other recommendations as far as restaurants or anything I should make sure to check out?
TIA!
Re: Visiting Dallas soon - need recs
Lots of restaurant recs:
Upscale: Hibiscus (our favorite restaurant), Abacus, Fearings
Mid Range: Mi Cocina, Cremona, S&D Oyster Co.
Budget Friendly: Twisted Root Burger Co, Peggy Sue's BBQ, Rusty Taco
If you're going to be here for a few weeks, you really might want to consider renting a car. Our public transit is growing, but it's still not a developed as you would think it should be. We are very much a driving city.
As far as a spa, most of the luxury hotels have spas (Ritz-Carlton, Crescent, W) but I go to Pure Spa right behind Mockingbird Station, which you could take the DART rail to. The prices are decent and it has good reviews.
