I've purchased a couple hats from pdxbeanies and her stuff is really good quality. I had her custom make one based on a sports team's colors and the other was from her listings. She's fast.
If you want a beanie with an applique on it, I love Rockinghorselane.
If you don't like brimmed beanies, charliemai is a good seller (it's where I got Dagger's owl hat and Seanicorn's giraffe hat). Try not to be creeped out when you realize that most of the hats are modeled by a very real looking doll and not an actual baby. Despite being located outside the US, she ships pretty quickly.
