Or not!!!!!! I hate Mondays with a passion! How is everyones day so far? Hopefully everyone had a great weekend!

I've never been a fan of Monday's either! I hated having to get up early and come into work today. My weekend flew and I can't believe its over already.
Today has been ok so far.
I was excited to walk Toby with some sunlight this AM instead of pitch black but know that won't last long.
I enjoyed my extra hour this weekend but I kind of wish we'd change the clocks during the week...I could use that extra hour on a weekday since weekends I can sleep in anyway!
And then last but not least, my civic hybrid's IMA (integrated motor assist) and check engine lights came on this morning so I made an appt to take it into the dealer. From reading on forums this usually means that the hybrid battery is failing. That's bittersweet b/c it should be in warranty but at the same time it's just plain pathetic given my car is only 3 years old and maybe around 40,000 miles.
Yah. Mondays.

Yeah, I'm really not feeling the work thing today!
I'm happy that the sun comes up earlier. That means I can once again wake up when I want to wake up without setting an alarm (my natural wake-up time was getting later and later and later...) And it's not quite so freezing when I run in the morning. However, this getting dark at 6pm thing can suck it.
I woke up missing H. He's in Vegas without me and I can't sleep nearly as well without him. A little "me" time was nice for a while but I'm over it now. At least he'll be home tomorrow! And he told me he kind of wishes he hadn't gone. He's not nearly as much of a gambler as his friends (his one friend, I swear, he must crap money the way he spends it) and food and drinks are pricey out there. I want him to have a good time but a small part of me is saying, "Good, that'll teach you to go away without me." Heehee.
Otherwise, hopefully my day will go all right once I get to work. Work then yoga tonight should keep me busy!
Not too bad a day for me. My brother is in town from Chicago and he is staying with us. I'm doing laundry today EXCITING... LOL
Is it terrible that I'm jealous. I'd much rather b home doing laundry then at work!
Nope, not terrible. When I was working I would have been jealous too... It does get old though looking for work.... I guess we all have our crosses to bear LOL
