Pregnancy question: I need a straightjacket
This pregnancy feels so much different than the first already. I was a blissed out fool with Lila, with this one I'm a take charge, raging inferno of control-freakedness. Not a great combo to have with a two year old at home.
Someone please tell me this is just a first tri-mester thing and that it went away for them. I consider myself a very happy person and the idea of spending the next 8 months like this is appalling.
Re: Pregnancy question: I need a straightjacket
I know when I think of Noisy, I think of a total rage-aholic.
"That chick wins at Penises, for sure." -- Fenton
I don't think it's a boy/girl thing... I honestly believe it's a second child thing.
Sometimes I was downright mean to Alex and Pete. I would scream until I saw spots and gave myself a headache.
I'll give my permission to say it's a 1st tri thing, but you should bear the right to flip the eff out any time you want. Just make sure you apologize.
(And only leave marks where people can't see them)
I might make a flag system. If there's a green flag ont he door, Andy will know I'm alright at that moment, if it's red, come in, take Lila and remove her from the scene.
It's a really odd feeling KNOWING you're being irrational but unable to stem the anger.
