Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Broadband Provider in NKy? Other than Insight?
Any? Please?
We first put in our request with Insight back in September. STILL don't have it installed. Called back numerous times.
Today the CSR tells me the reason it's taking so long is that our request was CANCELLED twice, then re-opened after we called back to follow up. Um, excuse me?
I ask her why, and she said there are no notes on the account. Normally it's cancelled by the customer, but I can assure you that is NOT the case.
She's supposed to call me back by the end of the day with some info, but I'm just sick of it.
Unfortunately, I can't find any other broadband providers in NKy. Anyone? Any ideas? Please?

Yeah, it's not.
Neither is Bell South.
We could get internet thru DirectTV, but only if we sign up for the whole package including 200+ channels, which we don't want to pay for.
Thanks for trying though.
Guess I'll just keep nagging Insight daily until it's installed. Maybe I can convince them to give us an awesome deal since they've been so crappy to us so far.
