Lemon juice for ketchup stains?
So, I was talking to my mom this morning, and telling her how I got ketchup on my new sweater yesterday at lunch. She said she just read in a magazine to use lemon juice to remove it. She said these were the directions:
1. Rinse or Brush stain with water.
2. Blot with lemon juice-soaked towel
3. Let sit for 10 minutes
4. Rinse with water again.
Has anyone heard of this? It's a very nice sweater, so I don't want to ruin it.
