How to get Gorilla Glue off...

EVERYTHING!!!!!

So, we have a mini fridge in our office, and the door to our freezer got broken (just the one corner, but it's one only two corners that holds the door in place).  We got some Gorilla Glue, and needless to say, by the time the door was fixed, both my boss and I had Gorilla Glue all over us and my desk.  My mouse is still a little sticky.  The bottle says soapy water.  Tried that, and that didn't help.  Found a bottle of nail polish remover, and that got it off of our skin, but I can't use that on my mouse or very nice wooden desk.

Please help!

Re: How to get Gorilla Glue off...

  • Btw, I do have a desk protector that covers part of my desk, and we did put a paper towel down.  I got most of it off my desk protector, but a little dab dribbled onto my desk.

  • just a lurker here... but try Goo-Off/ Goo-Gone. You can buy it pretty much anywhere It's sorta a yellow color in a clear bottle with usually a black lid. It take pretty much everything off. good luck.

  • I have used that on other things.  Do you know if it's safe on wood desks?
