Day 27 ? What?s the best thing going for you right now?

I've got a lot of great things, but I'd say part of the reason I have so many good things is because of the awesome support I get from Pat.  He's the best husband and so supportive and that's what makes all other things possible.  I can't imagine being able to be successful in my (stupidly) demanding job if I had a husband that wasn't understanding about it.

  • I have to agree that DH is the best thing in my life! We are expecting our first baby and he has been so wonderful throughout my entire pregnancy! I was sick the first 14 weeks and he was so supportive. And he has been working around the clock to finish our 3rd floor to make it into our new office so that the old office can become the baby's room and it looks awesome! The new carpet is going in as I type this! I am so lucky to have him in my life and cannot wait to see him become a daddy! :)

  • Probably my job. It is flexible, so I can make it work with C being gone so much, and still being in school and involved in rugby and all. not that I don't want a new one :)
  • Stick out tongueFree rent.

Perfect Ana!. Dh keeps me sane and grounded when I needed it and can make me laugh like no one else. He truly is my rock and I don't know what I'd do without him.

  • At the moment it's my job. After being at a miserable job with not so great benefits it's awesome to come to a real job. I have the choice to have every Friday off if I want and if I choose to work then I am only there for 3 hours but still with every other Friday off and tons of holidays. All that waiting and frustration was worth it to have this job even though it was a paycut.

  • Right now, that we sold my grandparents house, it really got us out a lot debt, we have 2 new cars that are completely paid for and it really cleared both our heads about worrying about the house and taking care of it.  I hope this puts me in a position to have time to really look for a new job in the new year so I don't have to worry about that stress anymore.  Money doesn't buy happiness but it definately relieved a lot of stress.

  • My husband and son.  DH works SOOOO hard to provide for our family (and for me to SAH and raise our boy)... and I am eternally grateful!

My son is the future.  He is so funny and cute... he makes me live my life in the moment (something I have never done before).  He is my world.

  • I have to say my marriage as well. I am so lucky to have DH in my life. We sort of grew up together and have built a life I dreamed about but never thought I'd be living in.

  • Wade goes without saying. He is the best man I could ever imagine.

But, aside from Wade, I'd say my job. Even though things are crazy right now (as those of you in the email group know), I still love it. The money isn't great, but it's better than hostessing at Applebees...which I will never, ever do again. I'll be at least close to what I used to make when I get my raise in January, and then it'll be even better Smile
