Pregnancy ladies Checkin....
So just curious how everyone is doing? How you feeling and all that....
I have 6 weeks till due date, i cant beleive it!!!
Feeling ok, pretty tired, and i have had this really bad pain in the ribs for a few months, with the baby getting so big he keeps kicking it and i told them if they did not give me something for the pain i wanted to be induced....so after 4 hours of tests and waiting for the results i have something going on with the cartlidge between my ribs, usually fixed with steriods, but cant have them while pregnant so just have to take pain meds, which kinda sucks cause they make me a bit drowsy wich means i am drinking more coffee then i would like to be!
Tomorrow we have our hospital tour, and start our birthing classes next week. We will prob get his crib and stuff set up soon too!
ugh, i am getting so big...luckly H is such a great help around the house, and very understanding with lots of massages. Bub is getting so big that when he moves my tummy looks like a wave pool...as i speak he has the hicccups!!!
I have my baby shower this weekend, i am very excited!!

I can't believe time has gone by so quickly!! He'll be here before you know it!!
So far so good. Feeling much better this trimester than in the first, thank goodness. Squirt is getting big enough to feel some sporadic movement, which is fun, and a nice reassurance. DH is bummed he can't feel it from the outside yet, but I know that will come too.
And we have our 20 week u/s in two weeks, so hopefully Squirt is healthy and cooperates and lets us know if we're having a son or daughter.
We decided on a set for the nursery, and will be ordering that this weekend. Hopefully that will be provide the motivation I need to get the guest room emptied to make room for this LO.

I can't believe how fast it is going for all of us! I'm feeling better, still have bad days but nowhere near as bad as before. I hope it doesnt come back full force in the 3rd tri.
We started looking at furniture, I think we will order the set by the end of the month. DH is working on the 2 upstairs bdrms, 1 of them will be the nursery, the other is currently the guest room.
Started feeling movement 2 weeks ago or so. DH was able to feel it on Saturday. His face was priceless!
