Anyone have a good brownie recipe? I don't make brownies often, but when I do, it comes out of a box - and I want to move on from the box to actually putting my own ingredients together. Maybe then, I won't burn the edges. :P

Re: Brownie recipe?
Yes, and so easy. I have variations ( I sub egg beaters for eggs and applesauce for butter) and this comes out great. I've also added a little chambord for rasberry.
4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margarine2 cups sugar3 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 cup flour1 cup coarsely chopped pecans (optional) HEAT oven to 350?F.LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray foil with cooking spray.MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.Yes, and so easy.
