Thoughts and Prayers Please
Brian is bringing Ozzie in this morning at 8:30 to be put to sleep. Please keep Ozzie and Brian in your prayers. I feel bad that I didn't go with Brian but I think we wanted it this way. He tends to play the "strong role" and hopefully he can feel like he can do what he needs to do to grieve when he is by himself.
I'm glad it just going to be over though. He really took a turn for the worst these past few days and it was really rough seeing him that way.
Thanks for being here for me. I truly, truly appreciate your support.

Many thoughts with you and your family. You are strong to make a decision that is best for Ozzie - a decision that is never easy no matter what the circumstances. You love him enough to make that choice, and you should never feel bad about that. Your family gave him an amazing life.

I am so sorry for you. Trying to hold back the tears. I went through this and I'm remembering exactly what you are describing. So tough but he had such a great life. Stay strong!!

Ughh..Brian sent me an email and included this.
I told the girls before we left the house this morning to give Ozzie a big hug because he was going away and that we wouldn't get to see him anymore. Mia buried her head into his fur and said "bye-bye" and Allison took his big stuffed bone and placed it by his head.
Now I'm bawling.
MB I've been crying on and off since I read the news. With us going through this with Naughtia only a few months ago, we know all too well what you are going through. We are thinking of you! If you need anything please let me know.
