Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
I mixed this up and put it in the crock pot for tomorrow. I'm going to serve with egg noodles. I'll let you know how it comes out!
1 large onion sliced
2.5 pounds boneless pork loin
1 cup hot water
1/4 c sugar
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
hot pepper sauce to taste
Arrange onion slices on bottom of slow cooker. Then place roast on top. Mix together the other ingredients in a bowl and pour on top of the roast. Cook 3-4 hrs on high or 6-8 hours on low.
