Pros and Cons about my job.

Pros:

It's close to home

the work is easy

Everyone seems nice....so far

Apparently there is jeans and donuts on Friday. I will not partake in the transfat, but its still nice.

We get Black Friday off

We get Christmas Eve and the Monday after Christmas off

We get paid weekly

Cons

I get an unpaid hour lunch

sometimes I get bored (althought that might change one I get into things)

I work till 5

There are so many people there, I will never know everyone

I have a cubie and don't like people listening to my conversation

your cons don't seem that bad! I hate hour lunches, if I'm not getting paid during lunch I would just prefer to take a half hour and leave a half hour earlier at the end of the day

That's a pretty good list! Not too shabby! I don't think I've ever gotten a paid lunch hour, unless I've had coordinators meetings during my breaktime (which they always were.) When DH worked at the bank these past few months, he only got half an hour!

That doesn't sound bad! Do people usually get paid lunches? I've never been paid for a lunch period (whether it's 1/2 hr or hour). I'm with you on the working until 5 though - I've always liked starting earlier to get out earlier.

What I mean by the unpaid hour lunch is, I just dont like it.

I would rather take a 1/2 hour unpaid and leave earlier in the day.
