Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. I know that our bodies are all different but I just had a lunch with a co-worker who was eating potato chips and twix and she is a twig. I had my lean cuisine, salad and yogurt (okay and two Chirardelli chocolate squares for dessert) and I am just wishing that my metabolism would kick up a notch. If DH and I decide to expand our family and I put on the typical weight of a pregnancy then the scale would be at a very UGLY #. I need to keep the holiday weight off and drop a few more.

This. And work has been crazy stressful and depressing, so I use that as an excuse to bake which I then eat to distract me from work. I need to stop. Right after the holidays.
Yeah everyone's metabolism is different and some people can eat, eat, eat and not gain inches or pounds. It's unfair and I envoy those who can eat everything but the kitchen sink.

I hate it...... I've been junk food eating a tond lately and winter is worse for me b/c I LOVE (and give into cravings for) Hot cocoa from ANYWHERE (home, book stores, starbucks, DD, etc.)
