I ordered something online and I was really excited about it and it's been two weeks (ordered on Oct 26) and said 6-9 days for shipping.
I've emailed the company and I called and left a vm and I've heard no response. I'm totally bummed because DH and I were really looking forward to the purchase and *sigh* it was supposed to be a fun thing and now it's turned into this issue.
My major problem is beating myself up because normally I write everything down and when I bought this apparently I didn't because I can't log into the website. Luckily for me I paid with paypal and so I have a record of the purchase with the order number so I left the order number on both messages but again no call/email.
So at what point do I contact paypal to get my money back.
Re: At what point do you get your money back
I'd probably try one last e-mail to the company stating that if you don't hear back within 24 hours that you'll be filing with PayPal to get a full refund. Then tomorrow you can file.
What a PITA.

Me too! I'm sure we had similar things run through our minds, hahaha.
