My Niles brought me a gift!
Well, we had some issues Sunday night that involved him getting stuck in a tree for four hours. I think he purposely got stuck up there to get me back for events earlier in the day - SD was here and kept chasing him around, picking him up, flinging him around - he was patient about it but I think he was mad that I was laughing and encouraging her behavior. Let's face it, four years and cats is some cute stuff.
Anyway.
He got stuck in the tree for four hours, it was very tramatic but I think guilt got the best of him because....
He just brought in a dead mouse and placed it right at my feet. I gave him treats.
Re: My Niles brought me a gift!
Can you send him to my house? A freaking mouse scurried across my kitchen floor this afternoon. I left the house and didn't return until H got home.
That's what I get for hauling off those cats.... I guess they did serve a purpose after all.
I want dibs on him next! I think we have a mouse, but I might just be paranoid...
How sweet of him! My dogs have yet to bring my anything.
My parents used to have a horrible mouse infestation when I was in high school. One night I went back to my bedroom and turned on the light- it was in the far corner, not on a switch by the the door- and a mouse ran into my foot. I think it was more startled than I was! Now my parents' neighbor has an outside cat and they no longer have a mouse problem.
