Well, only today and then it's Friday. I can't wait for the weekend.
Today I'm meeting Derek in Toronto and we're going to see Wicked! I'm wicked excited. (get it? get it?) Hopefully we'll be going to have dinner with Tim and Shannon and the kiddos.

Morning and Happy Veteran's Day!
I am off for the day for Veteran's Day, so I am going to go for a run in a few minutes and then do p90x shoulders and arms. Then I am heading out to have lunch with my best friend...all in all a good day!

Good morning!
The nice weather here this week has been good to my mood.
Last night we went out for drinks with a friend of V's who successfully defended his PhD. V is now the last one of that class left. (There are others who are still in grad school but on different timelines.) The good thing is that he successfully managed to schedule his (hopefully final!!) committee meeting for the end of this month, after which he should have permission to defend. He says his thesis is almost done so it should be a matter of weeks before he's done. Fingers crossed!

Good Morning, Ladies. I LOVED Wicked, raynes. Enjoy. I want to see it again the next time it comes to Denver. It was much funnier than I expected, and the soundtrack is on my iPod.
My daughter is coming downtown to have lunch with me, since there's no school today. DH has a 4-day weekend. I'm at work, and I'm the veteran - something is wrong here.

We're having a R-day ceremony at school today, so that's pretty much my morning in a nutshell.
I slept really badly last night though - I kept waking up all cold and sweaty. =S Gross!

I went for a FANTASTIC 5km run this morning. Yesterday I bought some awesome New Balance pants and they are so comfortable and kept me pretty warm (only 35 degrees brrr) Now I'm leaving for work in a few minutes. After work I have my religion class so I won't be home until about 9:30 tonight.

Morning all. We're having plumbing issues in our apartment and the piping in our ensuite bathroom keeps banging and knocking off and on, usually waking me up. This has been going on for weeks and they haven't fixed it yet, even though they've had two contractors in to look at it. I am starting to get very tired and crabby about it.
On a positive note, I just booked our tickets to go see Harry Potter next weekend! I can't wait!

Well I am here at work while everyone else has the day off. I just finished my developmental and self assessment for the year. All I have to say is wow, I suck at work this year. Oops.
Today is the usual WW weigh in. Wish me luck ladies, I think I lost 1 or 2 lbs. I will be happy with anything since I somehow gained a lb last week. Tonight is Zumba, and finally tomorrow is Friday! It can't get here soon enough.

At work today, feeling nauseous as usual
. We apparently have another bird stuck in our hvac... flew in through the dryer vent and now we can here it behind the dryer. This happened 2 yrs ago in the spring (mating season), so we are suprised it happened now, but we need to get someone out to get the bird out (dead or alive), bc I refuse to do laundry...
We moved into a new office bldg at work last month and the gym finally opens today... I'm planning on going if Im not super tired at the end of the day...

Good Morning. I'm excited today I'm going to a hockey game! I haven't been to one all season. It also means I get to see my parents and celebrate my birthday a bit early.
I'm also happy because I sold my old couch on craigslist. I bought a new one this past weekend and we currently look like we live in a furniture store. I can't wait for my old small sofa to be out.
Morning everyone. So far the day has been ehh:
1) I woke up with a migrane and was running late to work.
2) The new tights I bought at Target are crappy, and while I was walking, they kept sliding down. Litterally, I thought they would be around my ankles by the time I got to the office. Luckily, I seem to have made it without anyone noticing though.
3) A large deal I've been working on was just put on hold, which means that I'm either going to need to find some more work to do or there will be a last minute scramble to get stuff done if the deal is revived.
4) To top it off, I totally thought it was Friday this morning.
Ok, rant over. Glad to know that most of you are having a better day than me.

No baby yet. My poor SIL has been in the hospital for over 36 hours. They are going to try again with the inducing so let's see if we can make this happen. Hopefully her BP will cooperate and she can deliver safely.

Today I woke up to a really nice day outside. I hope the rest of the day goes by smoothly. I have an exam in the afternoon so hopefully I do well. Tonight I'm going out with some friends to start an early celebration of my birthday.
Our college hosted a pretty good Veteran's Day ceremony this morning, so that me nice and proud to be an American today.
I am extremely tired today, because the hubs decided that instead of just coming to bed last night, he'd get in and then toss and turn to make himself comfortable. This also had the excellent effect of waking me up at the same time, at which point I was then awake for a good 3 hours or so after. This insomnia nonsense is kicking my butt. I need to sleep or people get hurt.
Our yoga studio started up classes again, so I finally get to go tonight. I can't wait for some good relaxation.
Good morning ladies. I missed my alarm to go to the gym this morning so I'm going after work. Then it's just a relaxing night at home. J is going to be out of town off and on for the next two weeks so I'm just going to spend some time with him. Nothing too exciting but a nice night.

I woke up with a bad headache this morning but had to come to work today. Of course Manuel has the day off so the last thing I wanted to do was get out of bed. I'm probably going to try to get off a little early especially if my headache doesn't go away.
Tonight, Manuel's softball team has playoff's so I plan to go to the park and take Bailey so we can go for a walk before the game. Also, Manuels' making lasagna for dinner since he's home today and I can't wait.

I'm interviewing 8 people today for the senior attorney's executive assistant. I'm a little nervous because I've never really interview people before. Hopefully I can pull this off!

Today DH doesn't have school due to Remembrance day and has plans with a friend. I'll probably do some house cleaning and get a few more things organized before I start my new job on Monday. This week has really been rather busy with so much going on so it is going to be nice to have a real routine.
DH and I both have today off for Veterans Day, so we painted our hallway. The color's really light though, so we may just use that as a primer and go a little darker. I have a Wedding Guild meeting today at 4:30. We're meeting with a bride whose wedding is New Years Day which means her rehearsal is NYE. Ugh.
