small health issue - help?
anyone know another term for acid reflux? i've noticed that, even when i eat a small amount of food, i tend to burp it back up and almost vomit...very bizarre. i have an alopathic book to go through and try to find natural aid, but i can't find the term 'acid reflux.' anyone know?

yeah it's been very bizarre and only started happening in the past week - i've been drinking a lot of "stomach ease" tea and it's been helping - definitely assisting with this last minute weight i wanted to lose for the wedding!
Jeni, funny I had thought of supplementing a digestive aid and Stomach ease is good for that. Here are some links you may want to look at for some natural options. Also, my grandma had recently started having acid reflux too, and I got her chewing Spry brand gum which has xylitol, derived from corn (used as a sweetener but has natural antibacterial properties) and that has helped her.
