Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

and OMG she's sweet. Within and hour she was eating, drinking, purring, rubbing all over me and even showing me her belly. Now it's just a matter of her meeting P and she and Mittens getting to know each other.
Right now she has her own apartment in the basement with a baby gate up so the girls can see each other but can't fight.

This may be a dumb question (I don't have cats), but don't they just jump over it?
In some cases, yes but the way this one is placed, it's too high for them to jump straight over. They also don't have enough room to get a running start.
Ah, that makes sense. Hope they are both adjusting well!
