As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm so done...(major vent!)
...with packing, cleaning, and anything else relating to moving...so done!
As many of you know DH and I are picking up and moving to the DC area next week and I am just SO sick of moving related things and we haven't even moved yet! Ick! I'm transferring within my company so at least the job transition should go smoothly. BUT my boss here is refusing to give me paid time off between jobs because it would come out of her budget after I leave and she doesn't want that. And I can't afford to take too many unpaid days because moving is so damn expensive! So literally my last day here is Thursday the 18th and I have to be at work in MD on Monday morning the 22nd. UGH! And THEN my MIL decided that the BEST time to come visit us for the first time is Thanksgiving weekend.....FIVE days after we move in....I am just ready for it to be December because I think that is the next time I will sit down and just breathe...
Sorry for the long novel, its just been building all week and things are really starting to annoy me!

Oh, you're moving so very close to me! And DH's bro lives in DC so we are there a lot. I see a mini GTG in our future. Where exactly are you moving to?
At least you can see a light at the end of the tunnel. Pretty soon it will all be over and you can relax. Just try not to stress too much.

This!! We're also going to be practically neighbors!!! Close your eyes, and click your heels three times...it'll all be over and you'll be "home" again before you know it :-)))
Good luck with the move, I know that it is stressful now, but it will be all over soon, and it will all be worth it. And should be an amazing place to live, what an exciting adventure!
