Baby Mac update (38w4d)
Hi Girls. I miss all of you so much! I have been so busy at work getting ready for maternity leave. We moved our office a week ago too and I have been dealing with unpacking, downsizing and organizing. Work is probably the only place I don't feel ready to have this baby yet...to many things left undone. And that, is the reason I have been so MIA.
But, to update you all. I had my doctor's appointment yesterday. They do internals pretty much weekly for the last few weeks. As of yesterday I am at about 1 cm (was barely that the previous two weeks) and 60% effaced (I was at 30% the week before). She said that everything is "nice and soft" and definitely moving in the right direction. Babies head is down and in position too.
I cannot believe that Baby Mac is going to be here any time now. Everyone is so excited to meet him/her! And I am certainly starting to wonder more and more if there is a little Lucas or little Olivia in there!
Sorry no picture. Larry took one with the camera the other day and I will have to get it on the computer. I don't have access to a mirror at work where I can take one myself anymore.

One of my best friends and I had always said we wanted to name our 1st daughter Olivia, and whoever had a girl first, got to have the name. Well her daughter is now 4, and is Alivia.
I can't believe it is almost time! We miss you around here but it is good that work is busy for you.
