What's everybody got goin' on this weekend?

My Saturday is going to be LEGENDARY.  Baby shower with so many delicious foods that I plan to wear pants with an elastic waist so as not to impede my belly growth in the morning.  Then come home for a disco nap because I'm going out with the same crew from the baby shower to dinner and then to see HUMP, an amateur porn festival.  After that, I'll be attempting to see Bizmarkie DJ at a club.  Then 3 of my friends will be crashing at my place for a drunken slumber party.  Woopwoop!

    Ninth Anniversary
    I am volunteering at my old high school in the morning Saturday and then spending some time with my sisters and aunt hanging out Saturday evening.  Sunday morning I am going for a run with my sister and then driving back from Tulsa before I take a nice afternoon nap and consider housecleaning / laundry.

    That does sound legendary Cali! I'm doing lunch and shopping Saturday. Potentially more shopping Sunday (jump starting the Christmas shopping this year) with some cleaning, cooking and reading mixed in.

    That does sound like a awesome day, Cali. A couple of my girlfriends are coming from NY tonight, one is bringing her 3 month old, eeeep! I'm so excited :) Not much planned except going to the outlets tomorrow.

    Tonight we are just going to get takeout and watch a movie. Saturday we have our friend's son's 1st birthday party during the day followed by another friend's surprise 30th birthday party at night. Some of the same people are going to be at the kid's party earlier in the day and I am really afraid someone will let it slip. Sunday after church we are going to my Aunt's for dinner to celebrate more birthdays. I expect to eat lots of cake this weekend.

    Wow, Cali.  Party time!  Excellent! 

    We have made a sly deal with one of the teachers at daycare.  She is quitting the center (they changed everyone's hours and it didn't work for her anymore) and going to watch Zach at her house.  We are going to go check out where she lives and work out the details.  I'm excited, she is very awesome. Other than that, birthday dinner for FIL Sat night and that's it!

    On Saturday Lorne is taking the kids to the science museum so I can sew uninterrupted for a little while, then I'll take the kids on a walk after naptime while he works on the brakes in the Subaru. Other than that, we have no plans. I have my first holiday show in a week and I'm feeling unprepared. I have 50 oven mitts to finish, a bunch of new bags, and I haven't had a chance to replenish my stock of coin purses. I have enough to fill a booth, but I never feel like I'm properly ready.

    My husband has embraced the "go out for nice dinners while you still can!" advice we got at our birthing class, so we're doing that tomorrow night.  Other than that, my recent work schedule has left me with a ton of TV to catch up on.

    Tony will be home for a whole 24hrs add we are going apple picking on Sunday.  I am getting my hairs done on Sat. and gardening.

    Today I really want to wash the cars, it's 70 degrees outside. Whee! Tomorrow the kids have shots, then we are going to my parents' place for dinner as my grandma is in town. Sunday we have a brunch for Mike's sister's birthday, then he leaves for a conference. Blah.

    It was the Browns, right?  The Cleveland Browns?  You know, the team that's a giant joke year after year?  The team that you'd be horrendously ashamed if you somehow managed to lose to?  The team that could probably be beaten by a bunch of 4 year olds?  Was it those Cleveland Browns who beat the Patriots 34-14?

    I was trying to think of any good excuse for that pitiful game last week, but, honestly, I got nuttin'. It was terrible. There is/was no excuse. I was pretty embarrassed last week.

    Tonight we are going to happy hour and a basketball game, tomorrow watching a football game on the boob tube. I would like to do a little shopping and cleaning around the house. Oh, and some knitting. I am a grandma.
